Anna Pujol Homs graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), Spain, and has built broad clinical experience across private practices, medical centres, rehabilitation facilities, residential homes and home-care services. Since 2020, she has treated patients of all ages with a particular focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise and women's health. In addition, Anna holds the Pelvisuisse Level 2 – Women & Men certification, recognising advanced competencies in pelvic floor physiotherapy according to Swiss quality standards.
Committed to continuous professional development, Anna completed the Master's Degree in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy: Women, Men and Children at Universidad San Jorge in Barcelona, further strengthening her expertise in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions in women across all stages of life.
Her postgraduate training also includes specialised education in physical activity and therapeutic exercise during pregnancy, diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spine disorders using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and clinical reasoning in shoulder pathology. In addition, she has received training in neuromuscular taping (Kinesiology Tape) and gained valuable clinical experience in neurorehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation during placements at specialised centres and hospitals.
Anna's therapeutic philosophy is centred on evidence-based, patient-focused care, combining manual therapy with targeted exercise programmes to improve function, reduce pain and support long-term recovery. She values interdisciplinary collaboration and takes a holistic approach, tailoring treatment plans to everyone's needs and goals.
